Interlegal lawyers defended interests of German transport companies in three court proceedings simultaneously

Interlegal lawyers applied to Kozelets District Court in Chernigov Region on recognizing several German court decisions on damage and interest recovery, made in favour of the Clients.
Cases required for hard procedural work. They feature was large number of opponents’ objections.

Interlegal team provided justified replies to all the Debtor’s objections on the merits, while judges supporter Interlegal arguments and satisfied the Applicants’ claims in full upon all three cases.

Here Interlegal teamwork is not over, since the final goal is full debt recovery in favour of the Clients!
