Interlegal represents the interests of Bunge SA, which is acting both as the charterer and cargo owner, upon the matter of unlawful inactivity of customs services during customs clearance of export grain at the Nikolaev Sea Port.
This is yet another case when the state bodies of Ukraine, by setting claims against exporters, seize the property of international traders on board of foreign vessels at the Ukrainian ports, causing essential damage to traders, shipowners, terminals and destroying reputation of Ukraine at the global agricultural and shipping market.
Sergey Kalitenko, the senior layer, and Danil Hristich, the lawyer, under general supervision of Artem Skorobogatov, the associated partner, represent the Client’s interests.
