Interlegal supported motor yacht Sale & Purchase

Interlegal regular client filed a request for legal support of motor yacht Sale & Purchase (28 meters long, GRT 160).

The sold yacht was regularly maintained by Interlegal, as a subject of several large projects aimed at optimizing structure of ownership, claims handling and legal support of court proceedings abroad.

Interlegal lawyers drafted the Sale & Purchase Contract and transaction mechanism, including release from mortgage registered to the yacht as security of the current liabilities against the creditor. In the framework of project, Interlegal participated directly in the closing procedure under the yacht location. Cost of the deal made up 900 thousand EUR.
