Lawyers of Interlegal provided arrest of foreign vessel at the Ukrainian port due to indebtedness for supplied bunker fuel

A foreign bunkering company, acting as a client, applied to Interlegal due to the Shipowner’s failure to pay for supplied bunker fuel.

Lawyers of Interlegal filed promptly an application to the court upon vessel arrest at the Ukrainian sea port and proved the fact of marine claim against the vessel. Later the court made a ruling on vessel arrest.

At the present moment lawyers of Interlegal have filed a claim to the court upon recovery of the whole indebtedness from the Shipowner while the vessel still remains arrested.

Segrey Kalitenko, the senior lawyer, Alexey Remeslo, the senior lawyer, and Sergey Sushko, the lawyer, under general supervision of Artem Skorobogatov, the associated partner, are working upon the case.
