International Law Offices became a member of the consultant team of EBRD on attraction of investment in sea ports of Ukraine



The team of consultants of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has finished its work on the project on infrastructure development of Commercial Sea Port of Ilyichevsk in Ukraine. The team of the international consultants was headed by the Dutch company Maritime Transport Business Solutions. The partner of International Law Offices Arthur Nitsevych, being a member of the group, consulted on the issues of the Ukrainian legislation and the practice of attraction of investments in Ukrainian sea ports.

Two years ago the government approved the initiated project, under which the European bank to provide about ?26 million loan for reconstruction of the berths № 7, 8, 9, infrastructure and superstructure of the port, acquisition of equipment and carrying out the dredging. The loan must be provided for 15 years under the guarantee of the Ukrainian government.
