Purchase of the vessel

On the 2^nd of October, after long-standing and stress-filled negotiations, jointly with the International Law Offices Interlegal, the transaction of sale and purchase of the vessel with total cost of more than 3,000,000 USD was over. Interlegal have been accompanying the transaction since April 2012.

The transaction was particular because it took much time. For example the sale and purchase contract was signed by the parties at the beginning of June and the transaction itself was over on the 2^nd of October. It occurred so because the vessel made a voyage from the Far East for being transferred in one of the Turkish ports, according to the sale and purchase contract.
