4. Disputes and arbitration.

Pre-arbitration settlement: In the event of disputes, we help to reach an amicable settlement with a success rate of up to 70% without the need for arbitration costs.
Arbitration and litigation: If an amicable settlement is not possible, we protect your interests in Ukrainian and foreign courts, as well as in international maritime arbitrations such as GAFTA, FOSFA, LMAA, etc.
Enforcement of arbitral awards: We ensure the enforcement of international arbitration awards with a preliminary seizure of assets.
Release of cargo: We release cargo from arrest in the port, at the terminal, on the vessel, including situations caused by the actions of state authorities, and ensure its departure to the port.
