Selection of the registration jurisdiction: We assist in selecting the most appropriate flag state for yacht registration. When choosing the jurisdiction, we consider factors such as:repuration and prestige of the flag, regulatory requirements, convenience of further operation, tax implications and specific requirements for private or commercial yachts.
Ownership structure:Wehelp determine the optimal ownership structure for the yacht: whether through a corporate entity in suitable jurisdiction or through joint ownership. Our recommendation take into account to the client’s tax residency, regulatory requirements and banking considerations.
Yacht insurance:We assist in arranging yacht insurance coverage (H&M, TPL, P&I) through reputable European insurers and clubs. Our team coordinates policy terms and and supports the process of obtaining the appropriate insurance coverage.
Yacht delivery:Whererequired,, we coordinate the delivery of the yacht to the selected marina and assist with the preparation of the yacht for operation in cooperation with technical partners. Our role includes coordination of the process and verification of the relevant documentation.
