Interlegal experts represent interests of the foreign bunkering company group under executive proceedings on debt recovery from the shipowner for bunker supply. The debtor’s two vessels were arrested and accepted for custody by the famous shipbuilding yard as security measure in the framework of court proceedings. Within the executive proceedings, Interlegal obtained information about the attempt of illegal seizure and the documents on providing two vessels for custody to the company with a doubtful reputation. The court agreed with arguments of Interlegal lawyers and recognized actions of executive officers as unlawful, which facilitated retention of the debtor’s property, followed by further enforcement of the court decision.
