Settlement of a dispute over underpayment

Interlegal has successfully defended the interests of the Swiss trade company specialized in sunflower oil export from Ukraine.
The dispute arose due to the buyer’s indebtedness of the supplied products on almost $ 250 000. The sellers tried to settle the arisen situation by themselves but it did not gave the expected results. Then the decision was made to involve experts from Interlegal for settlement.
Interference of Interlegal allowed to persuade the debtors to pay for the supplied products to the full extent without necessity to appeal to the arbitration. The Client of Interlegal evaluated the work, We would like to thank you for the brilliant work done and we do believe that it would be very difficult to settle the dispute without having you involved».
We have already reported that according to the Company’s domestic statistics nearly 70% of appeals to Interlegal on similar cases result in pretrial (amicable) settlement of disputes between the parties.
