This is the name for a new article of Nikolay Melnykov and Vyacheslav Lebedev published in Fairway journal No. 3 (2010)
“… Yachts and other small vessels quite often get into such complicated situations requiring a rescue operation. Relations as for the salvage of vessels and other property at sea are often connected with salvage of a human life and this aspect of the rescue operation cannot leave you indifferent. Thus, the institute of salvage at sea is quite urgent today.”
