Azov and BlSea & MED Cargo Flow Outlook 2018

On September 20, 2018, Interlegal experts participated in the International Conference Azov and BlSea & MED Cargo Flow Outlook 2018. 

Over 100 charterers, traders, vessel operators and brokers visited the conference in order to discuss the upcoming trends 2019/2020 and possible logistic tasks for freight market in Black Sea and Sea of Azov.

Interlegal partner Arthur Nitsevych moderated the section devoted to challenges and modifications in the current cargo flows.

Interlegal senior lawyer Andrey Perepelitsa presented a report about current options for native agrarians to invest into river fleet. Andrey highlighted today basic options, such as new vessel construction, pre-owned vessel purchase, lease and many others.

Interlegal senior lawyer Vitalii Tolstik in his report touched options of shipowner defense against unlawful governmental actions at the Ukrainian sea ports.
In particular, Vitalii told about methods of defense against ecological inspections, combatting corruption and Interlegal practice on vessel release at the Black Sea ports.
