Interlegal master class at the National University “Odessa Law Academy”
In the course of Interlegal master class for Odessa students, on November 25, 2017, the seminar “Ship arrests” was held at the National University “Odessa Law Academy”.
Interlegal lawyer Igor Derus in his presentation about sea-going ship arrest procedure in Ukraine showed Interlegal experience in the Clients’ rights defense under maritime claims, illustrated by a real case study.
Apart from theoretical issues, the seminar touched practical aspects of ship arrest at the Ukrainian courts followed by court ruling enforcement.
