Lawyers of Interlegal participated in the 59th Danube Shipping Conference in Constanta

On the 7th – 11th October, in Constanta (Romania), delegations of shipping companies – members of Bratislava Agreements as well as enterprises and organizations related to the Danube shipping – discussed vital issues of the Danube cooperation.
Amongst the participants were: Bulgarian River Shipping, Cosmos Shipping (Bulgaria), CFND Inland logistics Company (Serbia), Dunavska Transportna Logistika (Serbia), DDSG Mahart (Austria), Danube shipping management Service (Austria), Yugoslavian River Shipping Company, PJSC Ukrainian Danube Shipping Company, JSC Ukrrechflot, Romnav S.A. (Romania), Romanian river shipping company and many others.
Senior lawyers of Interlegal, Alexey Remeslo and Andrey Perepelitsa, were invited to the Conference and took active part therein.
The presentation “Salvage on Danube river” presented by Alexey Remeslo caused a lively discussion which resulted in making a unanimous decision by all the members of Bratislava Agreements about the necessity of amendments to the Agreements by means of adding a special proforma of Salvage Agreement adapted for the Danube shipping.
Interlegal was entrusted to draft the respective agreement which shall be approved at the 60th Conference in Belgrade (Serbia) in October 2015.
