Partner of Interlegal participated in CMI Conference

Arthur Nitsevych took part in the conference of Comite maritime international in Germany from 14 to 19 June where more than 300 maritime lawyers from all corners of the world gathered for various meetings, lectures and workshops on a broad range of maritime law topics.

 

A draft International convention on Judicial sales was debated and accepted (Beijing Convention). Of special interest there were discussions dedicated to Restructuring Shipfinance, Cross-border Insolvency and Wrongful Arrest Liability of Classification Societies & Piracy. During the 2nd day delegates exchanged views on Changes Driven by New Regulations - Ship Emissions, Wreck Removal Convention and MLC 2006.
