KNOW YOUR COUNTERPARTY service is directed on search of key information on safety, honesty and clear business performance of your potential Ukrainian partners.

This service includes investigation to provide the Client with the following information about the Contractor:

• The correct name, registered office, form of ownership, amount of the share capital;
• The registration stages, list of shareholders (participants), changes in the list of shareholders (participants), the grounds of such changes in the list of shareholders, the amount of shares owing by the shareholders (participants);
• Information about the Contractor’s top-management: CEO, CFO etc.;
• Principal activities;
• Import/export operations;
• List of banks and opened accounts;
• Balance sheet, indicators of financial and economic activity;
• Average number of employees, wages/expenses;
• Information concerning encumbrances availability (attachments, liens etc.) of movable/immovable property;
• Information concerning any records in the court registers (general jurisdiction courts, specialized courts) on cases with participation of the Contractor;
• Information on enforcement procedures with participation of the Contractor.

The service is provided within 3-7 working days.

DEBTOR'S ASSET SEARCH service is directed on efficient search and arrest of property of Ukrainian debtors: fund accounts, real estate, land plots, transport vehicles, etc.
