Mr. Nikolay Melnykov, partner of “Interlegal”, represented his report about international arbitration at the 58th Danube Shipping Conference in Vienna.
From the 9th till the 12th of October the delegates of shipping companies, members of Bratislava Agreements, as well as enterprises and organizations involved in Danube shipping discussed the vital issues of the Danube cooperation in Vienna, the capital of Austria.
From “Interlegal”, the conference attended Nikolay Melnykov and Alexey Remeslo, who took an active part in the Conference discussions.
The Conference united representatives from Bulgarian River Shipping, Cosmos Shipping (Bulgaria, CFND Inland logistics Company (Serbia), Dunavska Transportna Logistika (Serbia), DDSG Mahart (Austria), Danube shipping management servise (Austria), Dunav Shipyard (Serbia), Yugoslavian River Shipping, Private JSC Ukrainian Danube Shipping, JSSC “Ukrrechflot”, Romnav S.A. (Romania), Interlighter (Hungary), Croatian shipping company “Dunavski Lloyd” (Croatia), the Danube Committee and many others.
