Artur Nitsevych, Partner of “Interlegal” presented a report “What shall Ship Owners in Black Sea Region be Beware of” at the 3rd Annual International Conference of the Union of Marine Insurers (UMI) “Marine Insurance in Russia 2013” which took place in Moscow on the 21st of November 2013.
The conference participants were UMI members, ship owners, members of the Union “National Chamber of Navigation, top managers of P&I clubs – members of the International group of P&I clubs, maritime surveyors and attorneys-in-law, representatives of the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Finances of the Russian Federation. The conference was also supported by famous economic and industrial mass media.
