On April 8, 2015 a lawyer of Interlegal Ilona Belyuk, guided by a senior lawyer Alexander Chebotarenko, held a master class for students of Odessa National Maritime Academy (ONMA) on "Freight forwarding and cargo claims».
At the master class they discussed interesting questions regarding the regulation of the activities of freight forwarders in Ukraine and other countries, including the freight forwarder\'s liability, as well as features of the contractual relationship between the freight forwarder and the client. Theory, as a tradition, was accompanied by practice out of interesting cases encountered by our lawyers.
The master-class was attended by students and teachers of the university. We thank the participants for showing their activity and for a lively discussion.
