Interlegal representatives took part in AIJA Transport Law Commission Seminar

Nataliya Myroshnychenko, Associated partner of “Interlegal” and Dmitriy Zagorodnyuk, Senior lawyer of “Interlegal”  attended AIJA Transport Law Commission Seminar “Offshore – new buzz or old news?” on 2-4 of October in Copenhagen, Denmark. 

The seminar has been focused on key legal aspects of offshore projects and provided both an overview and insight into select current issues related to such projects, integrating a few important commercial and financial challenges. It offered an interesting mix of international speakers with different backgrounds including speakers from key industry players from both Denmark and abroad.

The seminar included such sessions as:

- an industry overview of offshore projects and the contracts involved;

- exploration, construction/installation and decommissioning;

- offshore vessels and workforce;

- offshore liabilities and offshore insurance.

AIJA is a non-profit organization established in the form of an association under Luxemburg law in 1962. It is committed to defend and take active part in promoting core legal principles, such as the rule of law and human rights principles. While respecting the integrity of each civilized society of the world, a particular aim of AIJA is to advance cross-cultural understanding between members and other participants in the legal profession as a whole. 

Interlegal has strengthened it’s position in AIJA since this summer when Dmitry Zagorodnyuk become another AIJA member from Interlegal apart from Nataliya Myroshnychenko, who is involved in AIJA for 3 years already.
