Once again “Interlegal” was the co-organizer of the annual International Conference “PRACTICAL ASPECTS OF MARITIME NAVIGATION” held on the 27th of September 2013 at the Hotel «Four Seasons Hotel Lion Palace St. Petersburg», St. Petersburg, jointly with Remedy Law Company (Russia) and Dealex Company (Russia). This year the conference was devoted to Line Transportations. 

For the first time in Odessa there was a unique and unusual event: debates on signing the Agreement between Ukraine and EU. The event was initiated by Mr. Wolf Dietrich Heim, the Ambassador of Austria, and actively supported by Mrs. Morozova I.V., Chancellor of the Odessa National Maritime University, Mr. Stavnitser A.A., Director General of the TIS Group of Companies, with organizational support of “Interlegal”, on the 26th of September at the

Interlegal acted as co-organizer of the Round Table Grain Export through the Ports of Ukraine which took place on the 11th of September 2013 at the conference hall of the Mozart Hotel.

On the 4th – 6th of September 2013 in Odessa (Ukraine) there was held the 7th International Black Sea Container Summit. As usual, Interlegal was represented at the forum by Artur Nitsevych, the Managing Partner.

On the 16th of August 2013 at the Small Conference Hall of the Aleksandrovskiy Hotel the round table Debt Recovery against the Guarantor in the Commercial Proceeding  among the Odessa Branch of the Ukrainian Bar Association.

IA "APK-Inform" and  Interlegal announce a round table for traders and logisticians

The international transport event of the Black Sea Countries Maritime Days in Odessa 2013 gathered again the leaders of transport industry and shipping. Over 250 representatives of maritime industry from 20 countries of the world – ports and terminals, forwarders and stevedores, cargo and ship owners, lawyers and traders, insurers and bankers gathered to discuss the current industry issues.

Nikolay Melnykov and Arthur Nitsevych, Partners of Interlegal participated with Executive presentations — open to all attendees of BREAKBULK EUROPE — on the strategic needs of the logistics industry. The topic was dedicated to Port Privatization in Black Sea Countries.

Employees Interlegal improve their skills of public speaking. On the 27th of April the team of Interlegal improved their skill of communication and public speaking at the corporate training course of public speaking.

We started our activity 3 years ago at the Marine Academy. Now it has been successfully implemented in the National University Odessa Law Academy. We have signed the contract with the Odessa National Marine Institute for the following studying year.
