Arthur Nitsevych won three nominations among the best lawyers of Ukraine

International rating agency Best Lawyers has published the Best Lawyers Top List under The Best Lawyers in Ukraine 2018 research results. The Law Gazette has been publishing rating results for many years, and since 2006 the Best Lawyers Top Lists have been published in over 70 countries. It is not simple to join the Top List: each candidacy shall be assessed by lawyers included in the Best Lawyers rating for the previous years. Ukraine has a high-developed law business and such business industry competitiveness regularly grows, so the lawyer’s personality is one of the competitive advantages facilitating successive competition of the Ukrainian law firms at the international legal service market.

Interlegal partner Arthur Nitsevych joined the Best Lawyers Top List in three practices: International Arbitration, Corporate Law and M&A (Mergers and Acquisitions). Such recognition is quite natural, since Interlegal was one of the pioneers promoting the Ukrainian law business to the international market under all the nuances of international, in particular, English law standards. Numerous positive arbitration awards in favour of our clients at the London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA) serves as an evident proof.
