How to inherit participation interests in Cyprus by the citizen of Ukraine without a will

Interlegal corporate lawyers, jointly with their colleagues from Interlegal associated office in Cyprus, explained the procedure of inheriting foreign company’s participation interests owned by the resident of Ukraine.

In particular, the lawyers studied an option of inheriting participation interests in the absence of a will. Special attention was drawn to preserving confidentiality regarding ownership of foreign company’s participation interests while re-issuing participating interests in the name of new owner, according to inheritance procedure.

Having studied the Ukrainian law specifications, Interlegal lawyers explained in details the inheritance procedure and terms for a new owner. Inheritance procedure was performed as soon as possible.
