In the framework of Investment & Transactions regular practice, the Client applied with a request to Interlegal upon checking the documents of title and potential risks in respect of acquiring the land plot and facilities located thereon for the purpose of further investments.

Interlegal experts made a detailed analysis of the documents of title, checked the fact of proprietary disputes concerning real estate facilities and encumbrances which may impede achievement of the Client’s goals and checked also the real estate user as the Client’s potential counteragent.

Having studied grounds for the potential counteragent’s proprietary right on real estate facilities, Interlegal lawyers made a conclusion on numerous risks which could prevent the Client from real estate purchase.
