Interlegal lawyers held training course for the Ukrainian holding company’s top management 

Training course was named: Liability of the Enterprise and its Officials for Violation of the Law. Trainers were: Ellina Romanova, senior associate, Andrii Kaftanov, associate lawyer & attorney-at-law, Irina Maltseva, lawyer. Interlegal experts clarified the issues of responsibility for violations of business procedure, tax legislation and Unified Social Tax, legislative acts on labour and social insurance, anti-trust, customs, environmental legislation and basic rules of conduct for officials and employees of the enterprise during their inspection by regulatory and law enforcement agencies.

Training course audience gained information based on Interlegal case study, jointly with basic rules for actions during search and the list of the main possible violations upon the above issues.

In the end, trainers gave detailed answers to delegate’s question upon certain cases from law practice.
