Interlegal lawyer Nikita Kocherba  and associate attorney Irina Bushueva shared legal aspects of international freight forwarder’s activities, freight forwarding agreements, foreign economic activity and other crucial documents used by Ukrainian freight forwarders in their daily activities.

At the training course, the audience also got aware of freight forwarder’s and its client’s rights and obligations, potential contractual liability and methods of its limitation.

In the end, speakers showed case study from Interlegal practice.
