Investment project due diligence

Interlegal practice shows that today our Clients during their investment activity in Ukraine face lots of issues concerning land and tax relationship, the need to verify counteragents – enterprises, including upon the issues of lawful receiving the documents of title on movable and immovable property, proprietary disputes, corporate structure, disputes upon corporate rights and joint use of transport infrastructure facilities.

In the framework of the Client’s investment project, Interlegal lawyers verified the counteragent under the above issues and checked whether there were any disputes and encumbrances in respect of real estate.

Under the work results, lawyers drafted the legal opinion describing, inter alia, potential risks arising from property and corporate right acquisition.

Due to obtained data and conclusions, the Client could receive full information about the investment project status in order to avoid negative effects and to minimize the current risks.
