Personal Attorney Service in action: eager to win with the Client

Interlegal previously announced the news on defending the client’s interests in the framework of Personal Attorney Service practice, under court proceedings against the State Tax Inspection which issued unlawful tax notification, i.e. award on luxury tax recovery. The district administrative court recognized as unlawful and cancelled tax notification – the decision on charging car tax from the vehicle owner.

State Tax Inspection disagreed with the judicial award and applied both to the court of appeal and to the cassation court.

At all three instances, Interlegal experts defended the Client’s lawful interests which resulted in entering into legal force the first instance court decision on recognizing tax notification as unlawful.

As shown by Interlegal law practice, court proceedings require for defending legal rights and interests including in case of obtaining tax notification on luxury tax payment, since in many cases fiscal authorities state incorrect grounds for such tax accrual.
