Ship arrest due to maritime claim

Interlegal proved once again its reputation of a leading law firm specialized in ship arrests. Lawyers secured claims of the Client, foreign bunkering company, against the debtor due to shipowner’s failure to pay for bunker supply. Interlegal experts filed to the court an application on the ship arrest at the Ukrainian sea port and proved successfully the fact of maritime claim against the vessel. The court issued a Ruling on ship arrest. At the present moment Interlegal lawyers filed promptly a claim to the court on the whole debt recovery against shipowner, while the vessel remains under arrest in order to facilitate actual debt recovery.
