Nikolay Melnykov, the Partner of International Law Offices, participated in the IV International Conference “Black Sea Freight Market and Ports 2010” held in Londonskaya Odessa Hotel on 2-4 June 2010.
The aim of "Black Sea Freight Market and Ports 2010” conference was to create a platform for business and informal communication between the cargo owners and shipping companies, to cover the dynamics for the cargo flows distribution in the region, to discuss the transport cooperation issues, to make a comparative analysis of the status of ports and traffic centers in Azov and Black Sea basin as well as of their further development. The round table was at the end of the conference where the prospects for cargo flows development in the Black Sea basin, changes in freight rates in key areas, formation of new routes, ports capacity for bulk cargoes handling and other relevant issues were discussed.
