Interlegal closed the deal on vessel purchase at the EU aftermarket

Interlegal lawyers succeeded in legal support and closing the deal on second-hand vessel purchase (tanker 5,000 DWT) at the EU aftermarket.

Legal support included vessel due diligence, arrangement of the deal terms, drafting the agreement and all the documents required for closing the deal. Also Interlegal lawyers drafted ship management scheme, facilitated conclusion of management agreement, bareboat charter and other contracts required for vessel operation. Interlegal yachting lawyers provided service on vessel re-registration under the new flag.
