Interlegal corporate lawyers consulted the Client – IT company upon the issues of tax effects related to foreign company’s participatory interests and natural person’s incomes originated outside Ukraine.

First, the Client was concerned on declaring the ownership of participatory interests and legal peculiarities of investments abroad. Also the Client was concerned on declaring in Ukraine incomes received abroad and the relevant tax payment.

Interlegal lawyers drafted a complex legal opinion which facilitated structuring the Client’s own IT business and tax optimization. Interlegal lawyer Daria Liashenko and partner Irina Voyevodina led the case.
