Interlegal lawyers drafted Terms and Conditions for the logistic company operating at the Ukrainian and European markets. Now the Client may simplify and standardize its rights and obligations and set its own powers and scopes of cooperation with its clients and counteragents, in order to accelerate the whole process of cooperation with concerned persons while concluding agreements.

To draft Terms and Conditions, Interlegal lawyers studied in details the Client’s business specifications and made up a clear list of standard terms and conditions for rendering services in all the further Client’s deals. In future the Client needs to refer thereto, e.g. in the application proforma or in email correspondence.

In fact, Terms and Conditions are treated as public proforma of the agreement which should not be arranged with the counteragent, since the commencement of cooperation already confirms its consent with the above terms and conditions, by joining such public agreement. Standard terms and conditions should be drafted clearly and correctly in order to avoid effects of non-performance and to defend interests as much as possible.

Interlegal junior lawyer Elena Pashkova and paralegal Valeria Ivanova, under the general supervision of senior lawyer Karyna Gorovaya, led the case.
