A foreign transport company filed a request to Interlegal on recognition of the German court decision in their favour.
The Debtor – Ukrainian company – highlighted actively the need to reject satisfying the application, due essential procedural differences between German and Ukrainian court proceedings.
But clear algorithm of actions, experience and teamwork facilitated solid response to all the opponent’s objections.
Darnitskiy District Court in Kiev satisfied the application on recognition of the foreign court decision on charging ca. 5,000 EUR in favour of the Client.
