Interlegal succeeded in closing ten loans

The Client filed a request to Interlegal upon legal assistance in support of closing ten loans.

Interlegal team had two tasks:
1. To minimize amount of penal sanctions;
2. To close the deal with due legal safety, in order to prevent new claims.

Case specification was debt assignment under several agreements; therefore initial creditors provided the required information and documents without due interests, while new creditors delayed the process in order to increase penal sanctions.

For over eight months, law team filed lost of Attorney Requests, held negotiations, justified fair amount of penal sanctions, made offers on debt restructuring and drafted the necessary agreements.
As the result, the Client paid 33% from the amount initially claimed by creditors.
