Lawyers of Interlegal protected the agricultural product owner’s interests at the Ukrainian commercial sea port

The client, foreign trader, applied to Interlegal due to arrest of agricultural product export batch at the Ukrainian commercial sea port. Cargo arrest was caused by one of the Ukrainian cargo supplier’s business activity.

Interlegal lawyers submitted all the necessary documents certifying the Client’s right of cargo ownership and required for cancelling groundless arrest.

Having studied the submitted documents, the judge completely agreed with the Interlegal lawyers’ arguments upon groundless cargo arrest and violation of legal owner’s rights, and then cancelled cargo arrest.

The Client’s interests were represented by Sergey Kalitenko, the senior lawyer, and Sergey Sushko, the lawyer, under general supervision of Artem Skorobogatov, the associated partner.
