Procedural delay: it shan’t pass!

Interlegal lawyers again defended interests of their client - thyssenkrupp Materials Trading GmbH under longstanding case proceedings upon recognition of ICAC at the UCCI Award in the amount exceeding one million US dollars. Case essence is the following: Interlegal lawyers applied to the court for recognition of ICAC at the UCCI Award and now they are struggling for a long time, but confidently, with an unscrupulous debtor in order to recognize such arbitration award in Ukraine.

The debtor, having understood inevitability of making positive award in favor of Interlegal client, chose the tactics of procedural delay and filed one more appeal against the current arbitration award on replacement of legal successor on the merits.

Interlegal law team confidently stopped the above procedural diversions and won the appellate proceedings.

Now we are expecting further case consideration, followed by one more victory in case proceedings upon recognition of international arbitration awards in Ukraine.
