The 4th International Insurance Law Conference
was held in Kiev on 31 May 2012

The organizer Business Strategy Centre “Perspektiva” with the support of League of Insurance Companies of Ukraine

International Law Offices represented by Senior Lawyer, Aleksandr Chebotarenko, took part in the conference. Aleksandr performed with the presentation: “Peculiarities of settlement of insured events on international transportation: cargo, warehouse, ship, liability”.
50 delegates took part in the conference. Between the audience there were the representatives of state institutions, higher educational establishments, insurance companies, law firms, banks, as well as experts and appraisers not only from Ukraine, but from Russia, Baltic States members of EU.

Among the most interesting reports, the report of Elena Alfeeva should be noted, the representative of Insurance company BTA, Vice-President of Latvian Insurers Association, who spoke about practice and peculiarities of implementation and exercise of Europrotocol in  Baltic States.

Traditionally, with an interesting professional report Sergey Dedikov, General Editor of the magazine “Insurance law”, performed. He told the audience about legal matters of new type of insurance in construction.

The Insurance Conference was held for the fourth time. The interest was vivid to all its topics. The organizers assembled a good audience and invited interesting speakers.
